(Lagos, Nigeria - December 1, 2020) - The organizers of the Africa Movie Academy Awards released the 2020 nominees list. AMAA jury president, Steve Ayorinde announced the list in a broadcast message, shared on AMAA’s social media platforms on Monday, November 30, 2020. JANUARY 14TH was nominated for Best Diaspora Short Film along with Boxed directed by Wanjiru Njendu (USA), Egun directed by Yuri Costa (Brazil), and Brick by Brick directed by Tina Chapman DaCosta (USA).
The virtual awards show is scheduled for December 20, 2020.
